I just love kimchi. I miss Korea so much so...Oh.... I just love kimchi. I miss Korea so much sometimes. But opening my fridge to freshly made kimchi, and I'm back there in seconds! It's so versatile. You can use lots of different greens and veg to make it and using it is also pretty easy. Just add it to an omelette, or in fried rice.
